Pole dancing does raise some issues such as..if you were the parent of a high school girl, would you let your child enroll in this type of exercise program? <br /><br />I don&#39;t run because aerobics is more my thing. Whatever keeps you skinny and healthy should be your regimen - pole dancing, I guess, is better than no workout at all.
